Malcolm Williams CEO - CFO - CCO - GLOBAL Sales Executive Director
Mr. M Williams is a true Celt. He was born in Wales, where he graduated from technical engineering college before entering the family businesses. He has traveled extensively in the Far East, South Pacific, United States, and Europe. His immense geographical knowledge was invaluable when setting up Pavilions of Splendour International Inc.
Malcolm possesses many things but the most important of all is "The Truth of Life". His background in property development prior to entering the real estate sector has been invaluable. He has an enthusiastic personality, sheer tenacity for work and a commitment to achieving, the end result with a broad experience in all aspects of accounting, audit, private financial equity structured practitioner and quality driven financial management. Focusing in on unique goals. A tireless entrepreneur highly motivated and targeted in all aspects of the real estate business.
His goal as CEO - CFO and CCO is to exceed the expectations of every client, offering outstanding customer services, increased efficiency and total flexibility towards the clients ultimate target requirements.
Under his stewardship of CCO role his invaluable management knowledge in conducting DD is second to none and is intensely and rigorously applied, protecting and safeguarding clients and alike in a ring-fenced and iron-clad way against all forms of sophisticated scam or financial impropriety.
Brand development strategy, statistics with true tangible marketing audits and relentless analytics combining with his role of CFO structural "financial engineering" are important to him and he intends bringing the company to the top echelons of the international real estate industry.

Mr. M Williams is a fully qualified and licensed member of the National Association of Estate Agents in the UK, FIABCI, the Confederation Europeenne de L’Immobilier, ICREA, and International Real Estate Institute, U.S.A. where he holds the certificates for Registered International Member, Registered Property Manager, and is a Senior Certified Valuer.
Diana Williams - Global Product Marketing & Administrative Executive Director
Diana is of Irish, English, and Indian descent, and following a college education, she worked in France and Switzerland before commencing a career in nursing where she became a Nursing Sister and Manager of her own nursing home.
Her love of foreign places began in Paris where she lived for some time, and since then she has traveled extensively in the Far East, South Pacific, U.S.A., Russia, and Europe.
Her international background has been a great source of satisfaction and Diana brings in-depth market knowledge, strong business experience, and a commitment to customer service to the Company’s business operations.
She is a highly competent Office Manager and Sales Coordinator, has excellent communication skills, and the ability to handle difficult clients, and operates the day to day running of the office.
Diana has a passion for international real estate and is particularly passionate about historic and character property, castles, chateaux and palaces. She is highly creative and dedicated to total client care.
Throughout her career she has built up impressive professional contacts around the globe and has an excellent rapport with lawyers, clients, and colleagues and has broad based market knowledge, along with extensive country information.
She heads an intensive Internet marketing program from her management position and continues to improve her international real estate marketing skills by staying abreast of industry trends and the latest computer software for real estate.
Diana has been featured on television real estate programs in the UK and with her enthusiasm, cheerful personality, and immense energy ensures that she stands out from the crowd.
As well as speaking native English, she speaks Spanish and moderate French. In 2002, she was inducted into the Business Leaders of the World and nominated for Entrepreneurial in “Who’s Who.”
As a fully qualified and licensed member of FIABCI with honors and the International Real Estate Institute in the U.S.A., Diana holds certificates as a Registered Property Manager, Registered International Member, and is a Senior Certified Valuer. She is also a member of the Confederation of Europeenne de L’Immobilier and the Federation of International Property Professionals.
Diana is an outdoor enthusiast and enjoys walking her dogs. Entertaining, country music, cooking, gardening and traveling play a major part in her life, and when a challenge comes up, as they always do, Malcolm and Diana both find a solution to work things out, no matter what it takes.
While Malcolm breaks new ground with the business, Diana ensures the business and clients receive continued total support.
Stephane Seclet - Director Asia Operations
Stephane holds a MBA from Institut Superieur Europaen de Gestion in France. He speaks French, English, German and Chinese Mandarin from a 15 year career in international business and sales. Stephane is action oriented and possesses a positive attitude at all times, which has led him to achieve numerous sales awards. He doesn't measure his success only by sales, but by the relationships he builds along the way.
Stephane focuses on identifying and creating value for our clients under continually changing market environments. Stephane is a global insider, who has a solid experience on client development. He is a very honest and respectful person who knows how to preserve long lasting business relationships.
Stephane focuses on selling our unique and exquisite properties around the world to the Asian elite. His extensive knowledge on the Asian market puts him in direct contact with high net worth individuals and he caters to their ultra luxury real estate needs. He has great negotiations skills and consistently exceeds his clients' expectations.
