Comprised of kitchen, two living rooms, four bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms and studio. The tower has a suite, further bedroom, balcony and the fifth floor is made of the scenic walkaway. There is an independent building with bedroom, living room/kitchen & bathroom. The castle sits on 1,.7 hectares of land with Italian garden, swimming pool, olive grove & pond. Situated less than 8 kms from the splendid medieval town of Todi in the region of Umbria.
This stunning property located in Punta Castelo, Corcubión, A Coruña, dates from the second half of the 18th century and has a very chequered history. Set in 50,000 m2 plot, most of it inside a walled enclosure, the fortress has withstood the invasion of Napoleon's troops and the incursions of numerous pirates. Restored by the present owners keeping the original structure, this magnificent property would be suitable for a tourist complex preserving the Castle as social club, wedding venue, event venue for dances/dinners etc, restaurant, hotel, or sports venue.
