Erindi Game Ranch is 65,178 hectares approximately 180 km from the capital Windhoek, via the Windhoek Otjiwarongo tarred road. The centre of the infrastructure is the beautiful main lodge, The Old Traders Post, overlooking the hippo- and crocodile dam with the plains and mountains as backdrop. The Old Traders Post has 51 suites. The second lodge is the Camp Elephant, which has 15 two bedroom(total 4-beds per chalet) self-catering chalets and 30 camping spots, each with private ablution. The property provides excellent grazing and shelter for a variety of game and bird life. The game numbers are very healthy indeed and include cheetah, leopard, lion, hyena, rhinoceros, hippopotamus, zebra etc. This one-of-a-kind property is just amazing and will have low overhead expense due to is accessible topography, sufficient water and superbly built infrastructure.
Gross Ozombutu Farm is 5,146 hectares and has a main farm house, several ancillary buildings and ample water supply for the various game. The dominant local large game species is kudu, and oryx. Smaller game consists of warthog, duiker, steenbuck, Damara dik dik and klipspringer. Large predators consist of cheetah and leopard. And the smaller are represented by jackal and rooikat. The bird life is excellent, due to the different types of habitat provided by the varied topography and the dams. Situated to the north of Windhoek.
Kassandra Game Ranch is almost 9,000 hectares of which 8,000 ha are used exclusively for game. The farm and its infrastructure is currently undergoing renovation and is registered as a hunting farm. Comprised of a main farmstead with four bedrooms, manger's house, private guest flat and various workers accommodation. Numerous service buildings including a dairy, managers office and butchery. Near the main farmstead is a landing strip for private aircraft. The ranch has ample water supply with dams, reservoirs and boreholes and electricity supplied by Nampower. In the Kudu River is a Back-to-Nature camp with large hide for the nature lover and photographer. Lichtenberg Game Farm is 3,189 hectares and situated 420 km north of the capital Windhoek. There is a main farmhouse, service buildings, EU approved taxidermy and two larger workers houses. The farm is currently registered as a hunting farm. Only stalking hunting and fair chase is allowed, no hunting from the vehicle at all. Hunting is done from several hunting lofts and hides spread over the farm. Currently lechwe and kudu are being bred. Sold as a going concern.
Okampu Ranch is situated in Okahandja district and has 5,013 hectares of land with over a thousand game. The farmstead is centrally located and is very generously designed. Situated alongside the upper part of Fish River Canyon, at the edge of the Kalahari, Vogelstrausskluft Lodge lies within the 260km2 Vogelstrausskluft Reserve. The lodge is built on the rise of a small hill, about 70 km north of the usual Fish Canyon viewpoints. The main building houses lounge, bar, restaurant, curio shop, and library. There is a campground five minutes walk from the restaurant. A herd of more than 60 Kudu antelopes resides permanently on the Vogelstrausskluft and the population of other kinds - including Oryx, Springbok, Klipspringer, Zebras, Baboons and Ostriches - is also growing.
