The atoll of Manuhangi has been uninhabited for many years and is situated 52 km west of Paraoa and 100 kms from Hao which is a four hour boat ride away. The oval shaped island has a surface area of more than 150 hectares plus the surface of the lagoon and has a coral reef enclosing the island. The island has several houses with permanent structures with cisterns, a shed and a chapel and is free of any constraints to build any construction wished. Natural wells provide fresh water but there is no electricity or gas but this could easily be arranged. The best way to Manuhangi is by your own hydro plane and you can land on your own private lagoon from the island of Hao where you will find anything you need. Alternatively construct a helipad and under our planes/helicopters section we have a number for sale.
