The properties are approximately 15,338 ha in total and located along the Nossob River, approximately 120 km to the south east of Aranos and borders Botswana.

It is typical Kalahari veld with dunes, open grassland and camelthorn trees. The properties are well developed and the infrastructure is in excellent condition. There is a waiver in place on all 3 farms.

The properties lie astride a very popular tourist route to the Kalahari Gemsbok Park in South Africa. Furthermore they offer excellent alternative income streams beside tourism: Trophy hunting, cattle farming at hand and development of pecan nut plantation due to its strong subartesian waters, cold winters and hot summers.

Each property has its own title deed and can be bought separately, but the owners prefer to sell all three units together for the amount of N$55,000,000-00.

Should they sell the farms separately, Farm Masbieker will have to be sold first. This would be an excellent investment for the more budget minded. The farm comprises of 5020 ha with a four bedroom farm house, shed, workshop, four workers’ houses, three bedroom guest house, 16 Camps with water points (sub-artesian) and a landing strip. It is serviced by Nampower. The selling price is N$ 14 million.

Farm Buitepos covers 5,420 ha and is a dedicated game farm and several species of game are roaming freely on the property. An up-market hunters lodge and chalets have been constructed as well as a manager flat and it is game proof fenced on the borders. The water is sub-artesian and of good quality. Electricity is supplied by the national grid. The selling price is N$ 30 million.

Farm Hatsamab borders Buitepos to the east and is 4,898 ha in size and subdivided into 17 Camps with sub-artesian water. It is primarily a cattle and sheep farm, but great numbers of game are on the farm. The main house comprises of 3 bedrooms and is well built. The farm is game proof fenced with a landing strip for small aircraft. Electricity is supplied by the national grid. The selling price is N$ 11 million.

The following game species in ample numbers can be found on these properties: Kudu, Eland, Giraffe, Springbuck, Waterbuck, Hartebeest, Oryx, Zebra, Blue Wildebeest, Blesbuck, Steebbok, Warthog and Jackal.

Although the greatest single number of game is to be found on Buitepos, most species named are found on all farms. The game is really ample.
