The entrance to the farm has a beautiful security gate. There are staff houses and 2 managers houses. Big store rooms and a slaughter house with cold room.

The farm has several kilometres of roads which give good access to all sections of the farm. Plus additional trails which are well maintained.

The farm's boundary fence is 2.4m high, 21 stands. All game fencing is accordingly to the requirements of nature conservation.

On this game farm are 3 operational, strong boreholes. The water system works with 2 boreholes that each deliver over 7000 liters an hour, pump into a holding tank, which then pumps via a high pressure pump to the top of the hill where there are 10 JoJo water tanks, which then gravity feeds to the various camps and irrigation systems.

This is all automated on a SMS system. A 10,000 liter an hour back up borehole is in the main lodge and can be diverted into the system at any time, it also acts as back up for the ponds and hippo hollow. The Canal point from the Loskop Irrigation system, runs continuously and is shared 50/50 with one neighbor and is used purely for the waterholes and hippo Hollow in winter time, as the Lodge have sufficient rain overflow for 9 months of the year.

The farm is 90% flat with a remarkable biome and savannah diversity. The rest is hilly but the balance is extremely good in terms of browsers and grazers. Situated in a malaria free area, this Jewel of a game farm is ecologically superb with a rich mix of the typical bushveld attractive large trees.
