Price: 130 Million Baht.
A stunning beachfront resort situated on the unspoiled island of Koh Jum between Krabi, Koh Lanta and Phi Phi Islands.
19 cozy cottages in traditional Thai Andaman style are set in a natural coconut plantation and tropical gardens. All the cottages are located near the beach, facing Phi Phi Island to the west, all benefiting from sunset and sea views.
The “Robinson style” cottages are spacious, 50 m2 plus bathroom, and decorated with local materials such as bamboo, rattan, cotton and silk.
At the center of this Koh Jum Eco Resort, the main complex comprises two large locally styled buildings with the reception and lobby area with a library.
You will also find a panoramic sea facing restaurant, with an extension on the beach, a beach bar and a large shared swimming pool.
In the tropical garden, there are “Salas” and bamboo hammocks, sun beds and a Thai traditional Massage Sala.
The land is almost 20 rai (32,000 sqm), with 254 meters of absolute west facing beach front, only 2/3 of the plot is currently occupied by the resort so there is room for expansion if required.
Everything was built according to the law with building license and hotel license and the land title deed is Nor Sor 3 Kor (NSSG).
Located North West of Koh Lanta, Koh Jum Island as a whole is unspoiled and sparsely populated. The resort is located on the 4 km long beach stretch of untouched sandy beach, fringed by coconut trees and casuarinas, on the west coast of the island.
The facilities on the island remain relatively basic: there has not been any large-scale tourism development. This lack of tourism on a commercial scale is the key attraction to visit Koh Jum Island.
