The construction dates from the Islamic period before the island's Christian conquest during the kingdom of Jaume I el Conqueridor in 1230. An aqueduct built by the Arabs is still flowing through the property.
Dating from this period, is an almazara (oil mill). While not operative now, it could be reactivated as all the equipment is still in place. Among the buildings that constitute the alqueria (village ) there is an Arab tower and a chapel.
The main building had an intense and magnificent restoration finished in 2006, has transformed the main building (1.500 m2) in a true Palace with majestic and luminous rooms of great nobility. The protagonist of the building is the central staircase. The bedrooms all have en-suite bathrooms with all modern amenities.
The group of buildings, the alqueria, has a surface of 4.000 sqm. and creates a rectangular area surrounding the central cloister. This beautiful patio of great luminosity has a well, a classic fountain and a stone stair leading to the back entrance of the manor.
The manor its in 900 acres and is surrounded by a unique garden of Mediterranean trees. The property could host hunting facilities, horse stables, special events or a boutique hotel, while keeping privacy for the owner residence.
This property is unique in all its aspects: architectural, natural surroundings and dimensions. Is one of the rare properties of these characteristics still available for being acquired in Europe.
