Located within the boundaries of the provinces of Or and Guayas the farms are in the range of 60-80 miles of Guayaquil and Mahala, around one hour to each city.

At a height of 15m - 17m above sea level with paved access the main source of irrigation is the Canar River, water is available all year round. All the estates have irrigation with sprinkler system.

The planted varieties of banana are Cavendish and Williams.
The sown areas have cable or via cable car for transport the fruit to be packing house from field.

All facilities (houses, warehouses, stations, irrigation, packing, etc) have national grid electricity. The soil is first quality clay loam.

The farms have excellent handling, drainage techniques, irrigation, seeding, fertilising, control pests, weeds and diseases. Average range of production per hectare per year is 2.200 boxes. The conversion rate is about 1.20 for cluster boxes.

The total area of the farms is 1098.68 hectares made up as follows:

All farms are roads interconnected.

The Owner of these farms could finance up to 50% of sales value, without Bank Lending with a four or five year term (to negotiate) and the prevailing market rate at the time of negotiation, that also negotiated services could make it stationary during the term credit.
