Todds Plantation sits in an open countryside in the rural parish of St. John located towards the north east of the centre of the island and only a few miles from one of the islands most beautiful beaches at The Crane.

The estate sits on three acres of wooded and mature grounds surrounded by sugar cane fields for about as far as the eye can see. The Great House is set back from the road by a long entrance driveway. It was refurbished about six years ago and is maintained in good condition.

Cottage: Attached to the main house is a fully self-contained one bedroom cottage with its own entrance, courtyard and covered parking.

Managers House: This is a two storey two bedroom detached property offering approximately 1800 sqft of living space. It is in need of considerable repair.

Workshop/Factory Building: Approximately 4000 qft this building was used to repair machinery, clean equipment and store and clean produce.

Barns: There are five barns measuring 1300 sqft each. Most of these no longer have roofs and are in need of considerable repair.

Stables: This building is approximately 1300 sqft and consists of eight stables and two tack rooms. It is currently being used to keep horses.

There is also a tennis court with a small pavilion, a Weigh station and hut in the grounds along with a couple of paddocks, a wood and a small gully.
