The farm is located in the basin of Rio Fardes and has just over 444 hectares of which 75 hectares are olive groves with around 1,000 old trees, the rest are between 60 and 10 years old. The annual production is about 400,000 kg of olives. The farm is eligible for a grant of 50,000 per year.

The rest of the land is made up of low vega normally dedicated to cereal such as alfalfa, barley etc and mountain land.
Production of alfalfa is approximately 60,000 kg. crop sold for 0.16 a kg annually. Other cereal planted is usually barley with a harvest of 4,200 kg / ha and sold for 0.17 / Kg.

The farm has the grant of a dam on the Rio Aquifer Fardes of 35 litres / second, for exclusive farm irrigation. On one part of the farm are four wells for irrigation. Three cement water deposits. Three centres of power transformation, where the current is supplied to the engines of wells and other facilities.

There is an old farmhouse which was also used for livestock, currently in ruins it would make four houses. A project for building a mill would be a great benefit to the site and local area.

The main house is 400 m2 and in good condition with five bedrooms, dining room, kitchen, living room with fireplace, gardens and pool.

Also found on the farm about five or six excavated caves, inhabited until 1970, they could be converted into tourist accommodation.

The property comes with all machinery including tractors, bulldozers, trailers and all material tillage.

The property has mains electricity, private water supply and access by a good all weather dirt road.
