This ecologically managed tea estate has approximately 10 acres under cultivation and has been organically managed for five years. It is currently planted with tea, rice, a large variety of fruits, vegetables, herbs and spices and fed with it's own natural spring water, which runs into a small lake. The property still retains its original dry stone walled pathways in good condition, offering exceptional walking and views, and is bordered by a river and reservation. Much of the land has been left in its natural state as a 'Biodiversity' sanctuary, providing habitat for rare birds, mammals and reptiles, but is also available for sensitive development, having great views on both sides of the ridge that runs the length of the property. One area includes huge old banyan trees, giant boulders, grottoes, caves and an ancient stone shrine.
