Beautiful sand beaches
Category: Investment Projects
Location: Phnom Penh, CambodiaClick Here for detailed information on Cambodia)
The land size is 12 hectares (120,000 m2) and is next to the beach 7 km from Kep city downtown. Water and electricity supplies are connected. Koh Tonsay (Rabbit Island), is just in front and is accessible by speed boat, (this could be a big plus for tourists coming to the resort). Kep is very close to the Vietnamese border.
Kep Province is a south-western province located just a few kilometres from Ha Tien, the border with Vietnam, used to be Cambodia's most popular and prestigious beach town but has fallen on hard times in recent years.
The ocean is lined with wide sidewalks and large statues. A good paved road connects the town with Kampot. Keps' beaches are mostly mangrove and black rocks rather than white sands of Sihanoukville.
Koh Thonsay, Rabbit Island, is a small and remote island just a short ride away. It really is just a peaceful little island with a nice long white-sand beach to idle the day away on a hammock. There are two beautiful white sand beaches and the sea here is shallow and has a long slope, making the island excellent for swimming.
Only seven families live on the island and they earn their living by fishing and growing coconut trees.
To acquire the land it is necessary to incorporate a local company first then the local company can purchase the land.
Price is 30$ per square meter - total price is 3,600,000 $USD
