Situated in a malaria free area, this Jewel of a game farm is ecologically superb with a rich mix of bushveld attractive landscapes with a rolling typography and beautiful plains. The entrance gate of the farm is the gateway to this remarkable game farm which promise an enjoyable experience when you come to this game farm.

The farm’s 12km of roads give good access to most sections of the game farm and are maintained with its own necessary equipment by the ground staff. The farm has several kilometres of well-maintained roads plus plenty of additional trails which are also well maintained.

Fully game fenced accordingly to the requirements of the Dept. Nature Conservation and are regular patrolled by ground staff.

There are 2 boreholes which is equipped. There are 2 cement reservoirs, several game drinking holes and 1 earth dam. There are 2 rivers of ±1km each that is flowing through the farm. Rainfall is ± 600mm per year.

The following game do occur naturally on the open property. Water buck, Kudu, Impala, Zebra, Eland, Oryx and Nyala. Free roaming game: Duiker, Warthog, Bushpig, Caracal, African Civet, Large & small Genet, Rock rabbit, Porcupine, Ant bear, Pangolin, Chacma baboon, Vervet monkey, Yellow mongoose, African wild cat, Honey badger, Brown hyena, Hedgehog, Lesser bush baby, Slender mongoose, Striped polecat, Tree squirrel etc. This farm has exceptional nocturnal life.

The farm consists of one title deed which is registered in a Company and is VAT registered. Servitude: No road subdivide any portion of the farm.
Ownership: The shares in the Company can be bought or property can be bought out of the Company.
