The island is unique and priceless and one of the last of its kind in Bora Bora, and placed in the most beautiful area of the lagoon.
Motu Moute Ite has three 40 m2 bungalows with large bedroom, bathroom, dressing room and terrace, a small TV bungalow, dining/living room 60 m2 with panoramic views, adjacent large kitchen and a two bedroom house with kitchen and bathroom. The surroundings are the stunning views of the mountains across the lagoon and verdant tropical gardens, with swaying palm trees offering shade and beauty.
There are two generators and electricity can also be provided easily by the re-connection of the solar panels. There is a rain water recuperation system and two water tanks with connection to the water network of the main land at Bora Bora.
Wireless telephone connects well in this area and internet can be obtained via satellite connection. There is the possibility to have phone, internet, water and electricity wires pulled from the main land. It is only five minutes by boat over the lagoon to the mainland.
Bora Bora has been called Pearl of the Pacific and is famed for its beauty and achieved world-wide fame when author James Michener, so captivated, immortalised it as his Bali Hai.
To own this piece of paradise would be a joy for anyone, total, absolute privacy where, after watching the sunrise, you can while away morning until a leisurely lunch, followed by a sleep in a hammock listening to the gentle lapping of the water. Late afternoon go for a swim and just while away the time until Mai-Tai's at sunset.
