This beautiful island is almost a home in terms of island home to the local residents due to its proximity and a very nice swimming area. Surrounding the island are several snorkeling sites and the water is very clear. There is a very good swimming area and white sand beach and the island is almost flat in its terrain which mean any type of development can be maximized. There is an abundance of marine life since Puerto Princesa City is well known for its environmental protection program. This area is good for a private residence or resort development. There are no public utility lines but solar or generator machine is possible for power and for water a shallow or drilled well will be needed. Puerto Princesa City is one hour by plane then it is 15 minutes travel to Honda Bay and a further 5 minutes travel by boat to reach the island.
